Adobe Illustrator CS • Adobe Photoshop CS • Adobe InDesign
CS
Can also accept:
Microsoft Word • Microsoft Publisher •

Please see our file
requirements for how your files should be prepared.
Note: There could be an additional
charge for files coming in these applications depending on the
complexity of the graphics. See our Graphics Design Services.
File Preparation Requirements:
- All files need to have all the linked
graphics associated with the file.
- All fonts should be outlined or curves.
(Or they need to be included).
- If they are outlined then they
are not necessary however in some cases they might be
good to have anyway. You may want us to make changes.
- For raster images such as Photoshop,
tiff files, and scans resolution should be a minimum of
150dpi at same size.
- In other words a 300dpi image
can be enlarged 200% and still look good. By the same
token, a 72dpi image cannot be enlarged but will have to
be scaled down in the document by about 50%.
- Any PDF files submitted for final
output must have all fonts embedded. Any hires graphics
should not be optimized or sub-sampled. LZW compression is
fine as it is non-lossy.
- A Pdf proof or a faxed proof.
- Please note: Although we can
accept a PDF for final output. A PDF submitted as a
proof does not necessarily meet the requirements to give
you a high quality product back

Resolution Guide
What is resolution?
Every digital image is made up of picture
elements (pixels) and the number of pixels determines the
resolution. The more pixels your photo has, the clearer your
photo remains as you increase its size. At the same time, the
greater the resolution, the more memory is required to store the
image.
Most digital cameras allow you to change
the resolution, so you can select the quality of your photos as
you take them. We highly recommend that you use the SHQ (Super
High Quality) or Superfine mode on your camera using Tiff or
Jpeg settings (using minimum compression).
**Large format
prints require a digital camera with at least 3 Mega Pixels. No
matter what size a file is - if it is blurry small - it will be
blurry big.
